Volunteer Engagement
Throughout the tutoring semester, volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing debrief sessions with regional staff from the Petey Greene Program. The purpose of these group conversations is two-fold:
Provide volunteers with space to reflect upon their tutoring experiences, in conversation with fellow tutors and PGP staff
Address any questions, concerns, or suggestions volunteers may have in regards to their tutoring placement.
Debriefs will be made available to all volunteers and will be facilitated virtually due to the pandemic. Volunteers will receive more information about debriefs from regional staff.
